About

MC

Mark (Yang) Chang, PhD

Mark (Yang) Chang is Founder of AGInception and Adjunct Professor of Biostatistics at Boston University, and an elected Fellow of the American Statistical Association (ASA). His research spans biostatistics, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, clinical-trial methodology, precision medicine, scientific reasoning, and the physics of complex systems โ€” and he is the author of a dozen books published by Chapman & Hall/CRC, Wiley, and Springer.

His current work focuses on developing Humanized AI โ€” integrating statistics, cognitive science, and machine learning to create AI systems with more human-like understanding and reasoning.

This site collects the interactive editions and companions to that work โ€” where the ideas can be run, tuned, and explored rather than only read.
